The European Stadium & Safety Managers Association (ESSMA), has confirmed that it will be running a two-day workshop giving insights into different stadium-related topics, such as: daily stadium operations, engineering, ticketing, hospitality, accessibility, mobility, sustainability and CSR.
The Workshop will be held at Arsenal Football Club’s world-class Emirates Stadium, from May 31 to June 1, and will include speakers from clubs and institutions including: Arsenal FC, CAFE (Centre for Access to Football in Europe), Tottenham Hotspur FC, Forest Green Rovers FC and many more.
Presentations will be combined with Q&A (questions & answers) sessions, as well as an extended ‘behind-the-scenes’ tour of Emirates Stadium guided by members of the venue’s operations staff, all enhanced by plenty of networking possibilities with stadium industry peers.
To stimulate interaction between the speakers and participants, and to ensure involvement in the discussion, the number of attendees is limited to a maximum of 50.
The Emirates Stadium is the home of Arsenal FC. Located in London, UK, the venue has a capacity of 60,432 seats.
It is the third-largest football stadium in England. Inaugurated in 2006, the total construction costs amounted to GBP£390m.
The cost to attend is 295 EUR, which includes the complete two-day program + lunches + breaks.
