Motocross first run out for new Gatekeeper

The FIM Motocross World Championships in Valkenswaard, Holland, used 10 of Mojo Barriers’ Gatekeeper temporary units at entrances across the site to manage the access and egress of the 10,000-strong crowd. Gatekeeper is a turnstile system which manages all aspects of entry and exit into events, venues and designated areas (such as VIP or staff only).

Cees Muurling, Mojo Barriers Managing Director, said:

With the rise of RFID, QR codes and mobile phone ticketing, and the vast amount of data these can garner for event organisers and sponsors, there was a requirement from clients for a hardware solution which hosted these technologies.

Giving a permanent feel from a temporary system, the Gatekeeper is suitable for stadiums and venues looking to supplement their existing entrance systems.
