MVS Group has been awarded the contract to deliver mechanical services for the concessions stands at Tottenham Hotspurs’ new stadium.
The design and build project will see the MVS team join a 1,500 strong workforce on-site to start the mechanical installation works across 40 concessions stands and kitchens, in preparation for the stadium’s 2018 targeted opening.
The £700 million stadium will be a new major landmark for Tottenham and London, boasting 61,000 seats across nine floors, with the seating bowl arranged to bring fans closer to the action and generate an unrivalled atmosphere.
The sports and entertainment venue will be open 365 days a year, catering for football, NFL, concerts for major artists and a range of other high profile events.
Supporting the ambition to provide an incredible fan experience, the concessions facilities will be first-class, offering a wider choice of food and beverage outlets to stadiums of comparable size, within generous and open concourse spaces.
