Philippe Collin Delavaud, CEO, SportsHub Pte Ltd: Mr Delavaud is the current CEO of the Singapore Sports Hub – and was also the CEO of the Stade de France – so has developed a unique knowledge-base and detailed skill-set of how to drive business as a stadium operator. Delavaud was CEO of the Consortium Stade de France, including during the 2007 Rugby World Cup, Managing Director of SDF Production, Chairman of the Board of Stade de France Live Events, and on the Board of the company that managed Green Point Stadium in 2009/10 on behalf of the City of Cape Town.

Yoshihiro Kizawa, Vice President & Executive Director, Japan Sport Council: Mr Kizawa entered the Personnel Division of the Minister’s Secretariat at the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 1982. He was Director of the Arts and Culture Division at the Agency for Cultural Affairs, then Director of the Policy Planning Division at the Sports and Youth Bureau before becoming Deputy Director-General at the Research and Development Bureau of the MEXT.
