Big screens for cricket at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester

Emirates Old Trafford deployed its new 60m² LED screen during the 3rd Investec Ashes Test Match. Stadium LED and broadcast specialist ADI provided their 16:9 widescreen Virtuality LED product which was specifically developed for the stadium market. It’s the company’s first cricket ground install.

ADI also provided two iCONIC 12 screens from their mobile LED screen fleet for the duration of the Test; which were incorporated into fan zones on the periphery of LCCC where they entertained spectators pre-and post-match.

Terry Watson, Operations Manager, Lancashire County Cricket Club said:

ADI have delivered our desired vision, with a tailored screen solution which is completely in keeping with the cutting-edge, contemporary design of our ground – and importantly the project was completed in time for us to host the third Investec Ashes Test Match.

ADI is providing a complete solution for Lancashire County Cricket Club that incorporates design, manufacture, installation and on-going service and maintenance. This was the company’s second project at Lancashire’s ground, having installed a wide network of concourse screens inside the AJ Bell Players & Media Centre during summer 2012.
