Chris Overholt from global esports organisation OverActive Media Group has joined a stellar list of speakers for the virtual Esports Venue Summit.
OverActive Media Group is the world’s only esports organisation to own teams in the three biggest franchised leagues – @TorontoDefiant in the Overwatch League, @TorontoUltra in the Call of Duty League and @MADLions_LoLEN in League of Legends European Championship and Counter-Strike Global Offensive.
Overholt will be joining Chester King, Andy Fahey, Lale Ergin and Koen Schobbers – TEDx speaker, author, trainer, in Session 1’s LIVE DEBATE on ‘The emergence and continued growth of esports on a global level’ and 50+ other key speakers/panellists from 26th October.
The Esports Venue Summit Virtual Event Week, running from 26-29 October, is the ONLY forum dedicated solely to esports venues and spaces.
The event will help shape the future of esports hosting, venue design, technology and operations – virtually and free for ‘End Users’ – on a dedicated online event platform.
Games such as League of Legends, Dota, FIFA, Call of Duty and Fortnite have huge followings and attract mass audiences to live events.
The inexorable rise of esports is seeing new venues being built to accommodate the rising stars, while existing stadia and arenas are being transformed to host the ever-growing number of tournaments.
Thanks to the generosity of our platinum sponsors and our new session sponsors, we are now able to offer registration FREE to ‘End Users’* (see full list below for qualifying organisations).
