Suarez’s football complex opens in his home town

The Barcelona and Uruguay striker Luis Suarez’s sports complex has opened in his home town of Ciudad de la Costa.

“Complejo Suarez” features two indoor synthetic grass five-a-side football fields and a a multi-use sports hall.

The website says Suarez Complex was “thought as an ideal place to live moments of enjoyment, with family and friends, and practice sports in a spacious and well equipped environment.

It explains that the site is equipped with synthetic turf multipurpose hockey-soccer, Tango Turf of 24mm, approved by FIFA, and a folder of Pro-Play cushioning of 20 mm, large electronic boards that complete a spectacular space.

The indoor roofed courts are unique in Uruguay.
