The first international Arena Forum conference will be held in Moscow, Russia, at the end of this month, May 28-29.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, organised by Sports Business Consulting (SBC) magazine, and devoted to the efficient management of sporting venues.
Organised in a business forum format, the event includes an exhibition showcasing some of the sector’s leading construction companies, product & service suppliers, and sports facility management companies. The practical part of the Forum includes a tour of Otkritie Arena stadium and other sporting venues of Moscow and the surrounding area.
The main goal of the Forum is to provide a platform for attendees to exchange national and international knowledge and experiences in the successful and efficient management of sporting facilities. The question of attracting investment into the field of sport infrastructure and forming a profitable business model for a venue will also be covered, as well as the development of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in the field of sport, and the optimisation of interaction mechanisms.
More than 200 industry experts and professionals will advise on their preparations for large sporting events, as well on the construction and design of sporting venues and infrastructure, with the Forum’s main focus on the marketing and effective management of stadiums, arenas and multipurpose complexes.
