The Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX) will host its first in-person International Conference & Expo at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada in December.

The title of the Conference & Expo, to be held from December 8-10 is: "FANCENTRIC™: Bold Changes Driving Sports & Entertainment Forward.”

The focus of the conference is on how rapidly accelerating, exponential technology innovation and pandemic-driven bold changes are transforming the future of the fan experience.

Dr. Lou Marciani, director and co-founder of IIFX and former director of the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4), said:

It’s About the Fans! The return of live sporting and entertainment events in the wake of a global pandemic requires us to forge a new industry paradigm with bold changes.

The FANCENTRIC Conference & Expo will bring together the BEST thought leaders and subject matter experts from all business functions within the sports and entertainment industry.  These operational, production, concessions, guest services and other functions help deliver memory-making fan experiences in professional and collegiate sports, esports, gaming, concerts, theme parks, festivals, and other entertainment spectacles. This conference is more than an idea exchange, it will enable attendees to quickly gain an advantage.

Speaking about FANCENTRIC, Russ Simons, managing partner, and full-time venue operations representative for SoFi Stadium, said:

Successful organisations will take advantage of this discontinuous moment to build partnerships, by attending FANCENTRIC attendees will gain knowledge to hone and develop skills in their staffs, adapt their policies and procedures to account for new health, safety and security guidance, and deploy platforms to generate revenue while at the same time create memory-making fan experiences.

The three-day conference and expo is designed for anyone in the sports and entertainment industry who work with venues, talent, production, promotion, event management, health, safety, security, and other services that make the fan experience possible.  All can benefit from the knowledge that will be shared. Marciani added:

It is widely anticipated that fans are going to expect venues to modernize their facilities and the entire fan experience. Don’t miss this valuable opportunity to attend IIFX’s first in-person conference and expo and get ahead of the curve.
