According to an ALAD spokesperson, the event will showcase the magnificent new facilities available, while also highlighting other major opportunities for the industry in the region. A formal announcement will be made via this website, with full details to follow in the Winter issue of PanStadia & Arena Management magazine. Any company wishing to be involved can email Sam Wibrew email@example.com or call him on +44 (0)208 133 7678.
Singapore is investing in the range of international, regional and local sporting events that it can host through developing the Sports Hub. This follows the success of regional events at the old national stadium and the Singapore Grand Prix, held under lights on a street circuit. Singapore continues to build its modern infrastructure. Leading sport masterplanner and stadium architect AECOM, for example, is already consulting on the electrical and mechanical engineering aspects of Singapore’s North-South Expressway project as part of a US$15 million contract.
