Just over three years ago, senior members of LOCOG’s Venues and Infrastructure department of London 2012 established Trivandi, a consultancy that provides delivery and operational advice on venues and mega-events.
Since then, Trivandi, co-founded by James Bulley, Paul May and Jonathan Branson, have secured contracts in 15 countries for many prestigious international events and venues.
They have been commissioned to provide operational planning advice and implementation services on the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco, Lima 2019 Pan American Games, Expo 2020 Dubai, 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the Grand Depart of the Le Tour de France in 2014 and the Rio and Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. They have advised on major venue and infrastructure projects including a new stadium for Queen’s Park Rangers, a marina development in Portsmouth, a theme park for Garden of Ideas and international venues for Eden Project.
James Bulley OBE, Trivandi Chief Executive said:
Since London 2012 we have seen clients in the venues and events business increasingly interested in how to create a spectacular visitor experience. It’s the new definition of success. To deliver on this, our clients are demanding the highest quality of advice across every aspect of venue and event planning. That is where we are being called on to support our clients; guiding and steering successful strategy and implementation, delivering first class mega-events and venues that deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
Keith Bruce, CEO & President of San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee commented:
Trivandi were a world-class partner whose expertise enabled our Host Committee to deliver the most exceptional fan experience at Super Bowl City, on what is being called the best ever by the NFL and many of our partners. I would highly recommend Trivandi for their global event operations expertise.
