Xavier Cintas Center is undergoing a USD$25m face-lift. The master plan for renovations are designed by ROSSETTI to refresh the fan experience for the 15-year-old facility.
ROSSETTI teamed with local Cincinnati architect, MSA, to design new hospitality and student athlete experiences at Xavier Cintas Center.
The popular Joseph Club, previously enclosed in glass and cut off from the arena, will be opened up into the bowl, increasing revenue opportunities and connecting the club and seating experiences.
Courtside ticketholders will get upgraded premium seating and access to a new Courtside Club, formerly storage space, that will feature views into the player tunnel.
The Center will also be expanding its sports medicine facility and creating a new weight, strength and conditioning space for student athletes.
A revamped academic centre will double as a general admission club on game days.
Future plans for the USD$25m renovations also include a new arrival experience via signage, lighting and a redesigned concourse.
